Description

Collections data aims to look at longer-term trends, with factors such as insurance receivables and other payment cycles commonly taking longer periods to resolve. The Collection Summary Playbook dashboard helps you identify these trends and spot opportunities to close out collection issues. This dashboard also highlights collection by provider and provider type, helping you track longer term trends.

How can I apply this information to my practice?

Overall, this dashboard helps show the practice what the expected collections are and aids in inciting conversations with providers.

With this dashboard you can select a filterable time period to view your production versus your collections on a month by month basis, as well allowing a filter for providers to provide a more efficient target for your collective efforts.

What are the different views and how are they calculated?

The Collection Summary dashboard is made up of three views:

Note

The data displayed in this dashboard can be filtered by time period, provider type, provider, and clinic. When filtering by clinic, the dashboard will display the selected clinic(s) that received the collection(s).
