[HIDDEN] Patients Without Recare Breakdown Dashboard

Print

Description

This dashboard will inform your practice of opportunities to fill in additional revenue through understanding the missed and potential opportunities of scheduling active patients for recare treatment.

How can I apply this information to my practice?

Maintaining active patients is less costly than recruiting new patients. Knowing how many patients in your system are not already scheduled for recare is an important step in realizing missed revenue at your practice.

The ‘Patients Without Recare Breakdown’ presents clear indicators of how many patients have and do not have recare at your practice. As well, the dashboard shows how many missed opportunities your practice has had in the last six months, and how many such patients are available for recare booking in the next six months.

Use this data to recognize trends, set goals and plan for a future of higher overall production.

Note

The data displayed in this dashboard can be filtered by clinic. This filter provides the option to display the number of patients without recare for the selected clinic(s). For more information about how to use filters in dashboards, refer to the quick guide, Using the Filter, Expand, and Zoom Features in Dashboards.

Steps

What are the different views and how are they calculated?

All patients with & without recare set up

This view shows the number of patients that have recare setup and those who do not have any recare setup.

There is no filter for this view.

Patients seen in last 6 months - No recare set up

This view shows the number of patients that had appointments in the last six months that do not have recare appointments scheduled. This can be considered benchmark data. If the previous six months of data indicate a high number of patients have not been booked for recare, this is an indication that there are improvements available at your practice.

There is filter for last appointment date in this view. The current month’s data represents from the first day of the month until the current day -1 (yesterday).

Patients with appointment in next 6 months - No recare set up

This view shows the number of patients that have appointments in the next six months that do have recare appointments setup yet.

This view presents a clear potential number of patients who may be available for booking on or near to their next appointments. One way to increase the number of recare bookings is to prepare for such patients before they arrive for their appointments. Who’s On Deck is a great tool to use during a morning huddle to pinpoint such patients.

There is a filter for next appointment date in this view. The current month’s data represents from the current day to the last day of the current month.
